摘  要:研究了在硫酸溶液中用蔗髓为还原剂从高铁氧化锰矿石中浸出锰和铁,考察了硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比、还原剂用量、温度和浸出时间对锰、铁浸出率的影响,并借助XRD和SEM对锰矿石浸出前后物相的变化进行表征。结果表明:高铁氧化锰矿石的主要物相为MnO_2、FeO(OH)、SiO_2及MnFe_2O_4等;锰和铁的浸出呈显著线性正相关;对于10.0g锰矿石,在还原剂用量1.50g、液固体积质量比5∶1、硫酸浓度7.36mol/L、温度90.0℃、反应时间180min条件下,锰、铁浸出率分别达93.3%和87.0%,浸出效果较好。Leaching of manganese from an iron-rich manganese oxide ore was investigated using bagasse pith as reducing agent in sulfuric acid medium.The effects of sulfuric concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio,bagasse pith dosage,reaction temperature and time on leaching of Mn and Fe were examined.And the mineralogical components and morphological changes of the ores before and after leaching reaction were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that the ore composes mainly of MnO 2,FeO(OH),SiO 2 and MnFe 2O 4.During the leaching process,the leaching of manganese and iron is a significantly linear positive correlation.Under the conditions of manganese ore mass of 10.0 g,bagasse pith usage of 1.50 g,liquid-to-solid ratio of 5∶1,sulfuric acid concentration of 7.36 mol/L,reaction temperature of 90℃and reaction time of 180 minutes,the leaching rate of manganese and iron are 93.3%and 87.0%,respectively.
