摘 要:针对Wemco自吸式浮选机,采用CFD方法对叶片倾角β分别为前倾(-22.5°、-37.5°)、径向(0°)和后倾(22.5°、37.5°)浮选机的流场进行数值模拟,探讨了叶片倾角对浮选机内流场特征、湍动能和压力分布的影响,分析了不同转速下叶片倾角对Wemco浮选机循环量和功耗的影响。结果表明,叶片倾角对浮选机内流场结构影响较小,但对叶轮旋转区域的轴向速度、湍动能和压差等影响较大。叶片倾角为0°时,流体在叶轮旋转区域的轴向速度、湍动能和压差最大;叶轮循环量和功耗均随着转速的增加而增加,径向叶片比前倾和后倾叶片的循环量和功耗更大。For the Wemco self-priming flotation cell,the blade inclination angleβis forwardly inclined(-22.5°,-37.5°),radial(0°)and backward inclined(22.5°,37.5°)by CFD method.The flow field of the machine was numerically simulated.The influence of the blade inclination angle on the flow field characteristics,turbulent kinetic energy and pressure distribution in the flotationcell was discussed.The influence of the blade inclination angle on the circulation and power consumption of the Wemco flotation cell was analyzed.The results show that the blade inclination has little effect on the flow field structure in the flotation cell,but it has a great influence on the axial velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and pressure difference of the impeller rotating region.When the blade inclination angle is 0°,the axial velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and pressure difference of the fluid in the rotating region of the impeller are the largest;the impeller circulation amount and power consumption increase with the increase of the rotational velocity,and the radial blades are more inclined than the forward and backward inclined blades.The amount of circulation and power consumption is greater.
