摘  要:为有效调控杉木采穗圃母树根基萌发的能力,探寻提高穗条产量及质量的方法,通过连续6个月对杉木采穗圃母树根基分别进行遮光、覆土、喷洒植物生长调节剂和滴加霍格兰营养液4种处理,测定母树根基穗条产量及其扦插生根率。结果表明,不同程度遮光处理下,4月份杉木根基穗条产量最高,其中遮光75%时效果最佳,且5月份遮光处理显著提高了穗条生根率。无覆土处理下穗条产量及生根率明显高于覆土5和15 cm。与喷洒清水处理相比,喷洒生长素处理明显提高了穗条产量;而喷洒脱落酸处理有效抑制了根基穗条的萌发,且明显降低了4、5月份采集的穗条生根率。滴加不同浓度营养液的穗条产量均高于清水处理,且滴加霍格兰完全营养液的效果最好。遮光75%、喷洒生长素和滴加霍格兰营养液这3种措施可提高穗条产量;而覆土、施用脱落酸则会减少穗条产量,并在一定程度上造成穗条质量下降。In order to effectively control the germination ability of Cunninghamia lanceolata cutting orchard,explore practical methods to improve yield and quality of cuttings.Based on the cutting orchard maternal plant roots with shading,covering soil,spraying plant hormones and adding Hoagland nutrient solution for consecutive 6 months,the amount of plant scion root germination were determined and their rooting rate of cuttings was counted.It is found that in different shading degree,the yield of cuttings reached the maximum in April,shading in 75%showed the best effect.In May,shading treatment significantly increased the rooting rate of the cuttings.The yield and rooting rate of cuttings without covering soil was evidently higher than those of overburden soil 5 and 15 cm.Compared with the clear water treatment,the yield of cuttings was higher in spraying auxin treatment,whereas,the yield was lower in spraying abscisic acid treatment and the rooting rate decreased significantly in April and May.The yield of cuttings of adding different concentrations of Hoagland nutrient solution was higher than water treatment group,and adding Hoagland′s complete nutrient solution works the best.Shading 75%,spraying auxin and dropping Hoagland nutrient solution could increase the yield of cuttings.However,covering soil and applying abscisic acid will reduce the yield of cuttings.To some extent,the quality of the cuttings has been reduced.
