摘  要:通过熔融共混挤出两步法,研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)配比对PC/PBT/滑石粉(talc)材料性能的影响。结果表明,当PC/PBT/talc材料中PC/PBT的比例为6/4~8/2时,材料的综合性能较好。以乙烯–丙烯酸酯–甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(E–MA–GMA)为增韧剂,通过熔融共混挤出两步法对质量比为70∶30∶10的PC/PBT/talc材料进行增韧,研究了E–MA–GMA含量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,增韧剂E–MA–GMA的引入会降低PC/PBT/talc合金材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、熔体流动速率和维卡软化点温度,提高合金材料的断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度。在E–MA–GMA添加量为6~10份时,PC/PBT/talc材料的冲击性能发生显著提升;当E–MA–GMA添加量为10份时,共混材料的冲击强度为56.17 kJ/m^2,较不含增韧剂材料的冲击强度提高了9倍。The Effects of the ratio of the polycarbonate(PC)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)on the PC/PBT/talc alloy were investigated by a two-step melt-blending extrusion process.The results show that the overall performance of the alloy is good as the ratio of PC/PBT in PC/PBT/talc alloy ranged from 6/4 to 8/2.PC/PBT/talc(70/30/10)alloy was toughened with ethylene–acrylic ester–glycidyl methacrylate copolymer(E–MA–GMA)as the compatilizer by a two-step melt extrusion blending process,and the effect of E–MA–GMA content on the properties of the alloy was studied.The results indicate that the addition of E– MA–GMA will reduce the tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus,melt index and Vicat softening point of PC/PBT/talc alloy,and increase the elongation at break and notched impact strength of the alloy material.The impact strength of PC/PBT/talc alloy is significantly improved as the added E–MA–GMA amount varied from 6 phr to 10 phr.In addition,as 10 phr E–MA–GMA is included in the formula,the impact strength of PC/PBT/talc alloy reach 56.17 kJ/m2,which is increased by nine times as compared to that of PC/PBT/talc alloy without toughening agent.
