摘  要:采用三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷偶联剂(A–171)对SiC粉体进行表面改性,制备了氰酸酯(CE)/SiC复合材料。研究了SiC含量对复合材料的静态力学性能、电绝缘性能、导热性能和摩擦性能的影响,以扫描电子显微镜对材料的断面形貌进行了观察。结果表明:适量SiC粉体的引入能有效改善CE复合材料的静态力学性能、耐磨性和导热性能,且复合材料仍保持良好电绝缘性能。当SiC粉体含量为8%时,复合材料冲击强度为15.81kJ/m^2,比纯CE提高了89.6%;当SiC粉体含量为6%时,复合材料弯曲强度为136.68MPa,比纯CE提高了67.6%;当SiC的质量分数在8%时,复合材料的导热系数达到1.28 W/(m·K),增大4.6倍;复合体系的介电常数随SiC的质量分数增大而增大,但SiC粉体含量在10%以内时,复合材料仍能保持良好的电绝缘性能。当SiC的质量分数在8%时,复合材料的摩擦系数为0.26,比纯CE降低43.5%;当SiC的质量分数在7%时,复合材料的磨损率为1.21×10–6mm3/(N·m),比纯CE耐磨性提高了77.5%。从综合性能考虑,当复合体系中经A–171表面处理后的SiC粉体含量在8%时,复合材料性能最佳。The cyanate ester resin/silicon carbide composite was prepared by surface modification of silicon carbide powder(SiC)with trimethoxy vinyl silane coupling agent(A–171).The effects of SiC content on the static mechanical properties,electrical insulation properties,thermal conductivity and friction properties of the composites were studied.The fracture morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of SiC powder can effectively improve the static mechanical properties,wear resistance and thermal conductivity of cyanate ester composites,and the composites still maintain good electrical insulation properties.When the content of SiC powder is 8%,the impact strength of the composite is 15.81 kJ/m2,89.6%higher than that of pure CE.When the content of SiC powder is 6%,the flexural strength of the composite is 136.68 MPa,67.6%higher than that of pure CE.When the content of SiC powder is 8%,the thermal conductivity of the composite is 1.28 W/(m·K),4.6 times higher than that of pure CE.The dielectric constant increases with the increase of the mass fraction of SiC,but when the content of SiC powder is less than 10%,the composite can still maintain good electrical insulation performance.When the mass fraction of SiC is 8%,the friction coefficient of the composite is 0.26,43.5%lower than that of pure CE.When the mass fraction of SiC is 7%,the wear rate of the composite is 1.21×10–6 mm3/(N·m),which is 77.5%higher than that of pure CE.Considering the comprehensive properties,when the content of SiC powder treated by A–171 is 8%,the composite has the best properties.
