摘 要:分析了风机罩注塑件的结构特点,运用Moldflow软件对风机罩注塑件的浇注位置和冷却系统进行模拟分析,确定最优方案。利用UG–Mold wizard模块完成了注塑模具的模架设计。根据成型工艺条件对塑件成型的影响程度,设计正交试验。运用Moldflow运行分析正交试验,筛选出最佳成型工艺参数为:熔体温度270℃,成型时间32s,保压压力95%,模具温度110℃。结果表明:应用CAD/CAE技术能够最大限度的缩短生产周期,提高一次性试模的成功率,节约了生产成本,为计算机辅助设计注塑模具提供了理论指导和技术支持。The structural characteristics of the fan cover plastic parts were analyzed.The optimal scheme was determined by the simulating of pouring position and cooling system with the help of Moldflow software.The formwork was completed by the UG– Moldwizard module.The orthogonal experiments were determined according to the influence degree of molding process parameters on plastic molding.The optimum technological parameters were obtained as follows:melt temperature 270℃,molding time 32 s,holding pressure 95%,mold temperature 110℃,with the help of Moldflow software.The result indicate that the CAD/CAE technology is helpful to shorten the production cycle,improve the success rate one-time molds test,and save the production cost,obviously.It provides a guidance of theory and a technical support for computer aided design of injection mold.
