摘 要:轴承套圈订制的目的是为了降低生产中零件库存,减少生产批量。为解决深沟球轴承订制过程仅凭经验而缺乏科学优化的问题,研究基于集成AGNES&GA算法的深沟球轴承套圈订制优化方法,以订制后套圈沟道尺寸偏差段数量最小为优化目标,轴承径向游隙和球库存数量为约束条件建立模型,采用AGNES对套圈尺寸偏差进行偏差段数量数据挖掘,以此建立适应度函数,基于改进型遗传算法搜索优化结果。该集成算法有效解决了深沟球轴承订制组合优化难题,提高了搜索效率,并通过实例应用验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。The customized purpose of bearing rings is to reduce inventory of parts in production and production batch.The customized process of deep groove ball bearings is based on experience,which is lack of scientific optimization.The customized optimization method for rings of deep groove ball bearings is studied based on integrated AGNES&GA algorithm,and a model is established to minimize deviation segment quantity of customized ring raceway dimension with radial clearance of the bearings and inventory quantity of balls as constraints.The data of deviation segment quantity of ring dimension is excavated by AGNES to establish fitness function,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to search optimization results.The difficult problem of customized combination optimization for deep groove ball bearings is solved effectively,and the search efficiency is improved by using integrated algorithm.The feasibility and validity of the method are verified through application examples.
