论中国情报学学科体系的构建

摘　　要：[目的/意义]情报工作面临新需求、新任务,中国情报学亟待确立一个目标明确、贴合时代发展需求的科学合理的学科体系。[方法/过程]首先,对情报学核心概念进行界定;其次,知史以明鉴,梳理自商周以来的中国情报学发展史;其后,以情报流程为基础,构建中国情报学学科内容框架;第四,分别就中国情报学五大分支学科进行论述;第五,论述中国情报学八大支撑理论,包括决策理论、竞争理论、博弈理论等;第六,从情报学方法论界定、方法论选择标准及主要方法方面论述了中国情报学方法论。[结果/结论]至此,一个完整的中国情报学学科体系框架及研究内容呈现无遗。在此基础上,提出了中国情报学未来发展方向,包括制定国家情报发展战略、实行一体化的国家情报工作体制等等。[Purpose/Significance]With the reform in China entering into a critical period,intelligence studies are facing new needs and tasks.It’s urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable discipline system of intelligence studies with clear objectives and in line with the development needs of the times.[Method/Process]This paper first defines the core concepts of intelligence studies.Secondly,taking history as a mirror,the paper combs the development history of intelligence studies since Shang and Zhou Dynasties in China.Thirdly,on the basis of intelligence workflow,it constructs the content framework of intelligence studies in China.Fourthly,it analyzes the five main branches of intelligence studies in China,including S&T intelligence studies,competitive intelligence studies,and so on.Fifthly,it expounds the basic theories of intelligence studies,including strategic theory,competition theory,game theory and so on.Sixthly,it discusses the methodology of intelligence studies.[Result/Conclusion]With these,a complete discipline system of intelligence studies and its main research content are presented.On this basis,the future development direction of intelligence studies in China is put forward.
