基于灰靶理论的顶尖大学联盟学术竞争力及障碍因素研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]对比分析中、美、英、澳四国顶尖大学联盟的学术产出竞争力,研究各联盟的优势与差距,为提升中国高校学术竞争力提供参考。[方法/过程]基于灰靶理论构建了采用熵权-AHP法改进的灰靶学术竞争力评价模型,借助ESI、In Cites以及Derwent Innovation等数据库,从生产力、影响力、创新力、发展力等四个方面评价大学联盟学术竞争力并对障碍因子进行诊断。[结果/结论]研究发现,灰靶模型能够客观地分析小样本大学联盟的学术竞争力状况;靶心度对比分析显示大学联盟的学术竞争力整体水平越高其内部成员的差异度越大,呈非均衡发展的特点;联盟内增长极的存在可能会带来一定的溢出效应;大学联盟学术竞争力的障碍因子主要来自于学术影响力和学术创新力。[Purpose/Significance]By comparing and analyzing the academic output competitiveness of the four top university alliances in China,the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia,this paper tries to study the advantages and differences of each alliance and provide references for improving the academic competitiveness of Chinese universities.[Method/Process]The paper conducts an academic competitiveness evaluation model based on improved entropy-AHP grey target,and makes a comparative analysis of the alliances'research competitiveness and the obstacle factors from four aspects of academic productivity,influence,creativity and development using the database such as ESI,InCites and Derwent Innovation.[Result/Conclusion]It is proved that the improved grey target model can objectively analyze the academic competitiveness of the small sample university alliances.The approaching degree shows that the higher the level of academic competitiveness of the university alliance,the greater the difference among its internal members,that is,the alliances'academic competitiveness is unbalanced.The existence of growth poles within the alliance may bring some spillover effects.And the obstacle factors of academic competitiveness mainly come from academic influence and academic innovation ability.
