摘  要:针对空间对接机构中使用的空心转子杯式电磁阻尼器的工作原理以及结构特点,设计了一种混合励磁式的电磁阻尼器,并对其阻尼力矩计算方法进行了研究,建立了相应的数学模型。在MagNet软件中建立混合励磁式电磁阻尼器的二维模型,对杯形转子电磁阻尼器的阻尼力矩进行有限元分析,主要分析了阻尼器的几个关键参数与阻尼力矩的关系以及不同电励磁条件下阻尼力矩与转速的关系,为电磁阻尼器的设计与研究提供了理论基础。In view of the working principle and structural characteristics of hollow rotor cup-type electromagnetic damper used in space docking mechanism,a hybrid excitation electromagnetic damper was designed and its damping torque calculation method was studied and established the corresponding mathematical model.In MagNet software,a two-dimensional model of hybrid excitation electromagnetic damper was established.The damping torque of cup-shaped rotor electromagnetic damper was simulated by finite element method.The relationship between several key parameters of electromagnetic damper and damping torque was analyzed and analyzed the relationship between damping torque and speed under different excitation conditions.It provided some theoretical basis for the design and research of electromagnetic damper.
