摘 要:针对传统无轴承无刷直流电机悬浮绕组单相轮流导通控制方法在满极弧系数情况下存在的悬浮力脉动问题,本文首先分析了无轴承无刷直流电机悬浮力的产生原理,进一步获得了悬浮绕组导通相的确定原则。在不同齿槽边界条件下,分别推导了不同极弧系数(k=1,k≠1)时的8种悬浮绕组导通规律,并用Ansys软件对其进行仿真对比分析。仿真结果阐明了不同导通规律下悬浮力脉动大小变化的原因,并提出了一种悬浮力脉动最小的导通规律;在此基础上,针对悬浮力脉动优化了转子永磁体的极弧系数,为无轴承无刷直流电机的进一步优化设计提供了理论支持。Aiming at the problem of suspension force ripple of traditional bearingless brushless DC motor using single-phase control method with full pole-arc coefficient,this paper analyzed the principle of magnetic suspension force in a bearingless brushless DC motor,then obtained the suspension winding conduction principle.Moreover,suspension conduction rules under different pole arcs(k=1,k≠1)and slot boundaries had been caculated,and eight kinds of conduction rules were compared by Ansys software.The results explained why the suspension force ripple size changed,and the one with smallest suspension force ripple was chosen.On this basis,the rotor permanent pole arc coefficient was optimized.providing theoretical support for further optimization design of bearingless brushless DC motor.
