摘 要:新版标准GB/T 1032-2012规定三相异步电动机B法测试效率需要同时测量绕组温度,目前国内实验室及企业普遍采用热电偶法。采用热电偶法涉及到热电偶布置位置及数量问题,而标准中未明确说明;另一方面,安装热电偶,需要拆装电机,影响工作效率,而且还可能因二次装配不良等人为因素影响测试结果的准确性。基于以上考虑,提出一种B法测效率绕组温度测量方法 --电阻插值法,通过试验比较验证此方法的准确性,这对实际的检测工作具有实际意义。The standard GB/T 1032-2012 requires that the efficiency test of three-phase asynchronous motor for B method should measure the winding temperature.At present,thermocouple thermometer method was widely used in laboratories and enterprises.This method involved the problem of the thermocouple location and quantity,and the standard was not explicitly stated;on the other hand,installation of thermocouples should disassemble motor,it would affect seriously the working efficiency and accuracy,being due to poor assembly.Based on the above problem,a winding temperature measurement method-resistance interpolation method,was presented for using method of B to measuring the efficiency,through the test to verify the accuracy of this method,which has practical significance for the actual detection.
