摘　　要：针对"双一流"建设带给大学图书馆的新使命,结合上海交通大学图书馆近年来以用户需求为牵引、实现服务转型与创新发展的探索和思考,阐释了面向"双一流"的一流大学图书馆建设需要关注的三方面关键问题,分别是:顶层结构规划、服务体系设计、可持续运维机制,重点阐述分析了设计理念和思路,并展望了大学图书馆的未来发展愿景。Aiming at the new requirements put forward by the tDouble First-Class”initiative construc-tion to the university library,and combining exploration and thinking of Shanghai Jiao Tong University li-brary onservicetransformation andinnovationdevelopmentinrecent years,thisarticle illustratesthree key issues that need to be paid more attention to during the construction of world-class university libraries.These issues include top-level strategic planning,service system design,sustainable operation and mainte-nance mechanism.Theservicedesign conceptsand ideasarestressedon,and thevision of the universityli-brary is forecasted hereafter.
