摘　　要：文章利用可视化工具CiteSpace对2005—2016年间CNKI和万方收录的280篇公共图书馆服务体系研究领域的学术论文进行各类科学知识图谱的绘制。通过分析我国公共图书馆服务体系现阶段的研究状况和发展态势,同时结合专家意见,挖掘出该领域的4大研究板块:对服务理念、制度体系、地方实践及读者服务的研究,进而捕获未来研究趋势:服务均等化、服务效能、社会力量参与、绩效评估、智慧图书馆等,以期为该领域的后续研究指明方向。The paper collects 280 academic papers that studied in public library service systems from CNKI and wan fang and makes knowledge maps of various scientifics scientific based on the CiteSpace visual tool.This paper Analyzed the current research status and development trend of public library service system in China,combined with the experts’opinion,the paper excavated four research sections in this field:the study of service philosophy,institutional system,local practice,and reader service.And then captured the future research trends:service equalization,service efficiency,social forces participation,performance evaluation,Smart library,etc.,aim to indicate the direction for further research in public library service field.
