摘 要:制备了一种以纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)和空心玻璃微珠为复合填料的水性聚氨酯透明隔热涂料。采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计和自制隔热试验装置测试了不同填料含量和厚度的涂膜的透光性能和隔热性能。当空心玻璃微珠的含量为1%,纳米ATO的含量为3%,涂膜厚度为1.2 mm时,涂膜玻璃的可见光透过率为65%,红外光阻隔率为63%,铅笔硬度为B,附着力2级,在23oC蒸馏水中浸泡24 h或在100°C烘箱里放置3 h后基本没有变化。与空白玻璃相比,日照条件下测得覆盖涂膜玻璃的箱内温度低5°C。与不含空心玻璃微珠的涂膜玻璃相比,在碘钨灯照射条件下,玻璃板表面温度下降了4°C。A transparent thermal insulation waterborne polyurethane coating was prepared with antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO)nanoparticles and hollow glass microspheres as composite fillers.The transmittance and thermal insulation performance of the coatings with different ATO contents and film thicknesses were studied using ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer and a home-made thermal insulation tester.The glass with a 1.2 mm-thick coating containing hollow glass microspheres 1%and nano-ATO 3%has a visible light transmittance of 65%,an infrared blocking rate of 63%,a pencil hardness of B,an adhesion strength of 2 grade,and good stability when being immersed in 23°C distilled water for 24 h or placed in 100°C oven for 3 h.Compared with the blank glass,the temperature in the test cabinet,which was covered by coated glass,was 5°C lower under sunshine.Compared with the coating without hollow glass microspheres,the surface temperature of the glass with a coating having hollow glass microspheres was decreased by 4°C under irradiation with an iodine–tungsten lamp.
