摘  要:针对经编车间中对设备生产数据的采集与统计方法落后、效率低、实时性差、数据展示不友好,设备管理分散的问题,设计了福建某企业经编车间数据采集与监控系统。上位机采用SerialPort控件实现了串口通信,基于STM 32的数据采集终端可以采集经编机的运行及生产数据,并通过串口服务器与上位机进行实时数据传输。通过阿里云DataV数据可视化平台设计了车间实时生产数据展示界面,并以SQL Server构建的车间生产数据库作为其数据源。该系统不仅实现了对经编机的远程监控、数据存储与分析展示、生成产量报表等功能,而且易于搭建,运行稳定,可以满足企业的实际需求。In order to solve the issue that the way of data acquisition in warp knitting workshop is backward,inefficient and hysteretic,the problem that data has not been displayed friendly,and the trouble that the equipment management is not centralized,a data acquisition and monitoring system for warp knitting workshop of an enterprise in Fujian Province is designed.The upper monitor of this system uses SerialPort to realize serial communication,the data acquisition terminal based on STM32 can collect the real-time data of warp knitting machine,and communicates with upper monitor through serial server.The real-time production data display interface of workshop is designed through Ali cloud DataV data visualization platform,and use the workshop production database built through SQL Server as its data source.This system has realized remote monitoring of warp knitting machine,data storage and display,generating production reports and other functions.Also its cost is low,and is not difficult to build.Totally,the system can meet the actual needs of enterprises.
