摘 要:采用不同碳源浓度金刚石涂层刀具与未涂层刀具铣削石材,研究切削参数对切削力及加工表面质量的影响,分析刀具磨损机理,找到金刚石刀具最佳切削参数,进而实现切削优化。采用正交实验法,通过测力仪测量出不同刀具、不同切削参数下的切削力,测试已加工材料的表面粗糙度,观测刀具磨损情况。结果表明,对铣削分力Fx、Fz影响最大的是涂层碳源浓度;对铣削分力Fy影响最大的是切削深度;对表面粗糙度影响最大的是进给速度;当主轴转速达到n=3000 r/min、进给速度为vf=300 mm/min、切削深度d=1.0 mm、涂层碳源浓度为3%时,刀具切削性能最佳;3%涂层碳源浓度金刚石刀具较其他碳源浓度(含未涂层)刀具,加工后的石材表面粗糙度最低、切削力最小、耐磨性高,提高了加工精度,延长刀具的使用寿命。Different carbon source concentrations diamond-coated and uncoated cutters are used to mill the stone.The influence of cutting parameters on the cutting force and the quality of the machining surface was studied.The wear mechanism of the tool was analyzed.The optimum cutting parameters of the diamond tool were found and the cutting optimization was realized.Orthogonal experiment method,measure the cutting force under different cutting tools and different cutting parameters through the dynamometer.Test the surface roughness of the processed material and observe the tool wear.The results show the greatest influence on the milling force F x and F z is the concentration of the coating carbon source,the greatest influence on the milling force F y is the depth of cut,the greatest influence on the surface roughness is the feed rate.When the spindle speed reached n=3000 r/min,the feed speed was v f=300 mm/min,the cutting depth d=1.0 mm,and the coating carbon source concentration was 3%,the cutting performance of the tool was the best.The diamond tool with 3%coating carbon source concentration has the lowest surface roughness,minimum cutting force,and high wear resistance compared to other carbon source(including uncoated)tools,and extends tool life.
