摘 要:本文通过在硅酸盐电解液中加入纳米TiO_2添加剂,研究了在NaCl溶液中长时间浸泡后,ZL101A铸造铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷涂层的腐蚀行为。结果表明,微弧氧化涂层可以在一定程度上保护基体不被腐蚀,电解液中加入纳米TiO_2添加剂后,不但填补部分疏松层的孔洞,也增加了致密层的厚度,有效阻挡了Cl-对基体的直接侵入。TiO 2-containing ceramic coatings were prepared on the ZL101A aluminum alloy substrates by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)in silicate electrolytes doped with different concentrations.The corrosion behavior of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating on ZL101A cast aluminum alloy after long time immersion in NaCl solution was studied.The results show that the micro-arc oxidation coating can protect the substrate from corrosion.After adding nano TiO 2 additive to the electrolyte,it not only fills the pores of the porous layer,but also increases the thickness of the dense layer,effectively blocking the direct intrusion of the Cl-to the substrate.
