摘  要:由于聚合物驱采出水中聚合物含量的变化,造成已建含油污水处理系统中的沉降部分处理效率和效果降低,过滤部分阻力增大、运行周期缩短,处理后水质不能够稳定达标。针对这些生产实际问题,从聚合物驱含油污水水质特性研究入手,通过采取气浮技术、增加排泥设施、调整过滤罐的滤料级配、在滤罐过滤前投加少量絮凝剂,以及定期投加滤料清洗剂的方法,提升了污水处理的效果,达到了提升滤后出水水质的目的。建议今后新建聚合物驱含油污水处理站采用"来水→自然沉降→混凝沉降→石英砂-磁铁矿双层滤料过滤→净化水"的处理工艺。As the content change of polymer in the produced water of polymer flooding,the treatment efficiency and effects of settlement part in the built-in oil sewage treatment system decrease,the resistance in filtration part increase,the operation cycle is shortened.Therefore,the treated water quality cannot be stable and qualified.In view of these actual production problems,and starting from the quality characteristic study of the polymer-flooding oily sewage,through methods such as adding air floatation technique,adding mud discharging facility,adjusting the filter material grading,adding a little flocculent before filtering,adding filter material cleaner regularly,the sewage treatment effect is improved,and the purpose of increasing the water quality of filtered water is achieved.It is suggested that for the new treatment stations for produced oily water of polymer flooding,the treatment process should be"water coming→natural settlement→coagulating settlement→quartz sand→filter of magnetite double-layer filtration→purified water"treatment process.
