摘　　要：鉴于管道在用调节型电液执行机构性能检测尚无相关测试标准或规范,制定了调节型电液执行机构测试项目与方法。为严格把控国产化调节型电液执行机构装备质量,开展了高检测精度便携式调节型电液执行机构性能测试仪的研制,该检测仪器能够测量并记录稳态性能和动态性能共8项指标。应用该检测仪器首次实现了国产化电液执行机构动态性能的自动测量,测试结果表明,本次国产化电液执行机构均能满足中国石油天然气股份有限公司制定的技术条件要求。In view of no relevant standards or specifications for the performance test of pipeline adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators,test items and methods for adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators are developed.In order to strictly control the quality of homemade adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators,the study of the portable performance tester for adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators with high detection accuracy is conducted.The tester can measure and record 8 indicators including steady and dynamic performance.The application of the tester has realized the automatic test of the dynamic performance of homemade adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators for the first time.Testing results indicate that the performance of homemade adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators satisfies the technical requirements set by CNPC.
