摘 要:为培育早熟、抗病性好的南瓜新品种,筛选具有该优良性状的自交系材料,以42个南瓜自交系为材料,对其物候期进行观察,利用聚类分析法对花期和熟性进行分类,并调查分析其对病毒病、白粉病的抗性。结果表明,42个南瓜自交系的出苗期、抽蔓期、始花期、始收期等物候期存在不同程度的差异,其花期及熟性可被聚类分为:早花早熟型(18个)、中花中熟型(12个)、晚花晚熟型(12个)3大类;抗病性分析发现1个病毒病的免疫自交系,3个高抗自交系,免疫和高抗材料占总调查材料的9.5%;此外,12个自交系对白粉病表现免疫,占总调查材料的28.6%。由此可见,筛选抗病性材料是抵御南瓜白粉病的有力手段。经过综合分析,最终筛选出11个早花早熟型的抗病性南瓜自交系材料,即‘321’‘上海盒盆’‘487-2’‘344’‘460-2’‘北观’‘靖边南瓜’‘绥德府南瓜’‘枕头南瓜’‘063-2’‘猪头番瓜’。Screening inbred materials with the excellent characters is significant in cultivation of early maturing and disease-resistant pumpkin varieties.Forty-two pumpkin inbred lines were used as materials.The phenological periods were investigated.Florescence and ripeness were classified using clustering method.Disease resistance to virus and powdery mildew were also investigated and analyzed.The results showed that seedling date,pumping vine date,first-flowering date,first-harvesting date had differences in various degree.Florescence and ripeness were classified into early blooming and maturing type(18),medium(12),and late blooming and maturing type(12).Resistance analysis revealed tha‘t 344’showed immune to virus disease.Three lines showed high resistance.Immune and high resistance lines accounted for 9.5%of total.Besides,12 inbred lines showed immune to powdery mildew which accounted for 28.6%of total lines.It follows that screening the disease-resistant materials is a powerful method of defensing powdery mildew of pumpkin.For comprehensive analysis,11 pumpkin inbred lines were selected as early blooming-maturing and resistant materials,including‘321’,‘Shanghai Hepan’,‘487-2’,‘344’,‘460-2’,‘Bei Guan’,‘Jing Bian’,‘Sui Defu’,‘Zhen Tou’,‘063-2’and‘Zhu Tou’
