摘　　要：为了研究聚丙烯纤维对高性能混凝土路用性能的影响,将不同掺量的聚丙烯纤维加入到复合掺加粉煤灰和矿粉的高性能混凝土中,通过坍落度、抗压强度、抗弯拉强度和抗冲击性能试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维掺量对高性能混凝土工作性、力学强度和抗冲击性能的影响;通过快速氯离子迁移、干缩和弯曲疲劳试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维高性能混凝土的抗渗性能、收缩性能和疲劳特征。研究表明:聚丙烯纤维掺量越高,高性能混凝土的工作性和抗压强度越低;聚丙烯纤维能明显改善高性能混凝土的抗弯拉强度和抗冲击韧性,提高高性能混凝土的抗渗能力和疲劳寿命并能减少干燥收缩变形。研究结论可为聚丙烯高性能混凝土在道路工程中的应用提供参考。In order to study the effect of polypropylene fiber on pavement performance of high performance concrete,different amount of polypropylene fiber was added into the high performance concrete mixed with fly ash and mineral powder.The influence of polypropylene fiber content on the workability,mechanical strength and impact resistance of high performance concrete was studied by means of slump,compressive strength,flexural tensile strength and impact resistance test.Meanwhile,the impermeability,shrinkage and fatigue characteristics of polypropylene fiber reinforced high performance concrete were studied by means of rapid chloride migration,dry shrinkage and bending fatigue tests.The results show that the higher the amount of polypropylene fiber,the lower the workability and compressive strength of high performance concrete.Polypropylene fiber can significantly improve the flexural tensile strength and impact toughness of high performance concrete,improve the impervious capacity and fatigue life of high performance concrete and reduce drying shrinkage deformation.The research results can provide reference for the application of polypropylene high performance concrete in road engineering.
