摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗老年人肠穿孔的效果。方法:收治老年肠穿孔患者90例,随机分为对照组和腹腔镜治疗组。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜治疗组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。结果:腹腔镜治疗组在术中出血量、住院总时间、手术相关感染发病率、电解质失衡发生率、术后肠黏连发生率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜治疗老年人肠穿孔的疗效显著,有助于减轻患者术中负担和促进术后恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of perforation of the aged.Methods:90 elderly patients with intestinal perforation were randomly divided into the control group and the laparoscopic treatment group.The control group were treated with traditional laparotomy,and the laparoscopic treatment group were treated by laparoscopy.Results:The amount of bleeding,the total time of hospitalization,the incidence of related infection,the incidence of electrolyte imbalance and the incidence of intestinal adhesion in the laparoscopic treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy is effective in the treatment of perforation of the aged,and helps to reduce the intraoperative burden and promote postoperative recovery.
