四肢洗方熏蒸膝足法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨四肢洗方熏蒸膝足法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组、对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ,各40例。治疗组采用中药四肢洗方借助中药熏蒸桶同时熏蒸膝关节与足部;对照组Ⅰ采用与治疗组相同组成的外洗方,剂量为治疗组药物的10%;对照组Ⅱ采用中药四肢洗方借助中药熏蒸治疗器仅熏蒸膝关节。结果:治疗组与对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ在疼痛、僵硬、功能、三项(疼痛、僵硬、功能)总分、肿胀等方面都较治疗前都有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组各指标改善均优于对照组Ⅰ和对照组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。结论:使用正常剂量四肢洗方组优于低剂量组,采用膝足同治法优于局部熏蒸法,具有简、便、廉、验的效果,且安全可靠,无不良反应。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of treating knee osteoarthritis by washing limbs and fumigating knee and foot.Methods:Patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into the treatment group,theⅠcontrol group,and theⅡcontrol group,with 40 cases in each.The treatment group were used to fumigate the knee and foot with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation barrel at the same time.TheⅠcontrol group used the same external washing prescription as the treatment group,and the dosage was 10%of the treatment group.TheⅡcontrol group used the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment device to fumigate the knee joint only with the aid of Chinese medicine fumigation treatment device.Results:The treatment group and theⅠandⅡcontrol group in pain,stiffness,function,(pain,stiffness,function)three total scores,swelling and other aspects before the treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than theⅠcontrol group and theⅡcontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of normal dose in the extremities washing group is better than the low dose group,and the method of the same treatment with the knee foot is superior to the local fumigation.It is simple,convenient,cheap and prove,and it is safe and reliable,and has no adverse reaction.
