温针灸结合整脊疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病240例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸结合整脊疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:收治交感神经型颈椎病患者240例,随机分成4组,每组60例。观察1组给予温针灸结合整脊治疗,观察2组给予温针灸治疗,观察3组给予整脊疗法治疗,对照组给予颈舒颗粒治疗,比较4组临床疗效。结果:观察1组疗效优于观察2组、观察3组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组、观察3组、对照组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸结合整脊疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of warm needling combined with chiropractic therapy in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods:240 cases of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were divided into four groups randomly,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group 1 was given warm needling combined with chiropractic therapy,the observation group 2 was given warm needling,the observe group 3 was given chiropractic therapy,the control group was treated with Jingshu granule,the clinical effect of four groups was compared.Results:The curative effect of the observation group 1 was better than that of the observation group 2,and the observation group 3 and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the observation group 2,and the observation group 3 and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warming needling combined with chiropractic therapy was effective in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
