桃红四物汤结合PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃红四物汤联合PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组采用桃红四物汤联合PLDD治疗,对照组仅采用PLDD进行治疗。结果:治疗后观察组VAS疼痛评分和JOA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤结合PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效提高治疗有效率,改善VAS疼痛评分和JOA评分。Objective:To explore the effect of Tao Hong Si Wu decoction combined with PLDD in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:62 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tao Hong Si Wu decoction combined with PLDD,while the control group was treated with PLDD alone.Results:After the treatment,the Vas pain score and Joa score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tao Hong Si Wu decoction combined with PLDD in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the treatment efficiency effectively,improve the Vas pain score and Joa score.
