宣肃止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宣肃止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽患者的疗效。方法:收治感冒后咳嗽患者127例,分为中药治疗组和西药治疗组。中药治疗组患者给予宣肃止咳汤,西药治疗组患者给予氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊治疗。结果:中药治疗组临床总有效率高于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药治疗组临床表现积分明显低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肃止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽患者效果理想。Objective:To explore the efficacy of XuanSuZhiKe decoction in treating cough after cold.Methods:127 cases of cough after cold were selected,then they were divided into the Chinese medicine treatment group and the Western medicine treatment group.The patients in the western medicine treatment group were treated with dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsules,and the patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group were given XuanSuZhiKe decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the clinical score of Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that of the Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:XuanSuZhiKe decoction is effective in treating cough after cold.
