丹田降脂丸佐治慢性乙型肝炎伴脂肪性肝炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹田降脂丸佐治慢性乙型肝炎伴脂肪性肝炎的效果。方法:收治慢性乙型肝炎伴脂肪性肝炎患者100例,随机分为丹田降脂丸组和对照组。对照组口服辛伐他汀治疗,丹田降脂丸组在对照组基础上加用丹田降脂丸治疗。结果:治疗4周后,丹田降脂丸组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:丹田降脂丸佐治慢性乙型肝炎伴脂肪性肝炎效果良好,能够改善患者血脂情况。Objective:To explore the effect of adjuvant treatment of chronic hepatitis B with steatohepatitis by Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill.Methods:100 patients with chronic hepatitis B with fatty hepatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill group and the control group,the control group was treated with simvastatin,and the Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill group was treated with Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill on the basis of the control group.Results:After 4 weeks of the treatment,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and cereal transaminase of the Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dan Tian Jiang Zhi pill in adjuvant treatment of chronic hepatitis B with steatohepatitis is effective and can improve blood lipid in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
