摘　　要：目的:探讨Carto三维标测系统指导下射频消融房颤术后并发症的监测与护理。方法:收集接受三维射频消融治疗的心房颤动患者90例,给予积极有效的护理措施。结果:患者术后发生心包填塞3例,急性左心衰2例,穿刺部位血肿7例,气胸3例。所有患者经过对症处理及有效的护理措施均顺利出院。结论:三维射频消融是治疗心房颤动心律失常的有效措施,但是术后并发症也值得医护人员引起重视,通过有效的护理干预可以及时发现及处理相关并发症。Objective:To explore the monitoring and nursing of complications after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation guided by Carto three-dimensional mapping system.Methods:90 patients with atrial fibrillation receiving three-dimensional radiofrequency ablation were collected and treated with positive and effective nursing measures.Results:3 cases of pericardial tamponade,2 cases of acute left heart failure,7 cases of puncture site hematoma and 3 cases of pneumothorax were taken place after the operation.All patients were discharged smoothly through symptomatic treatment and effective nursing measures.Conclusion:Three dimensional radiofrequency ablation is an effective measure for the treatment of atrial fibrillation arrhythmia,but the postoperative complications are also worth the attention of the medical staff.Through effective nursing intervention,the related complications can be found and treated in time.
