摘　　要：目的:分析健康体检人群血脂测定结果及其健康教育措施。方法:分析体检者120例血脂水平。结果:不同人群普遍存在TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C异常增高现象,同时LDL-C增高较少,CHO增高与HDL-C减少非常少。体力工作者的血脂异常情况最轻,公务员与医务人员的血脂异常情况较为严重,户外工作者的血脂异常情况较为突出。结论:健康体检人群血脂测定结果并不理想,高血脂患者数量较多。健康教育是维护人群健康的有效措施。Objective:To analyze the blood lipids results and health education measures in healthy population.Methods:The level of blood lipid in 120 cases of physical examination was analyzed.Results:The abnormal increase of TG,LDL-C and VLDL-C was common in different populations,while LDL-C increased less,CHO increased and HDL-C decreased very little.The abnormal blood lipid of the manual workers was the lightest,the abnormal blood lipid of the civil servants and the medical staff was more serious,and the abnormal condition of the blood lipid was more prominent in the outdoor workers.Conclusion:The blood lipids results of healthy population were not ideal,and the number of patients with hyperlipidemia was more.Health education was an effective measure to maintain people's health.
