摘　　要：分析本院发生的脱敏注射破伤风抗毒素致迟发性过敏性休克1例,回顾患者的注射过程及迟发性过敏休克的发生及处置情况,总结经验,制定相应的措施避免此类事件的再次发生。1 case of delayed anaphylactic shock induced by desensitization injection of Tetanus antitoxin in our hospital were analyzed.The injection process and delayed anaphylactic shock were reviewed and the experience was summarized,in order to make corresponding measures to avoid the recurrence of such events.
