摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理对门诊部医务人员及工勤人员手卫生执行情况的影响。方法:选择门诊部60名医务人员及工勤人员,应用PDCA循环管理对其手卫生进行持续质量改进,观察实施前后手卫生的执行情况。结果:实施PDCA循环管理后,门诊部医务人员及工勤人员手卫生知识考核合格率、洗手正确率、手卫生依从性、合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环管理进行持续质量改进,可有效提高医务人员及工勤人员手卫生相关知识水平、手卫生依从性及合格率。Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management on the hand hygiene of medical staff and workers in out-patient department.Methods:60 medical staff and workers in the outpatient department were selected,and the quality of hand hygiene was improved by PDCA cycle management,and the implementation of hand hygiene was observed before and after the implementation.Results:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the qualification rate,the correct rate of hand washing,the compliance of hand hygiene and the rate of qualification were all higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of PDCA cycle management for continuous quality improvement,can effectively improve the level of hand hygiene related knowledge,hand hygiene compliance and qualified rate of medical staff and workers.
