摘  要:针对滚轮齿条传动机构的啮合法向力求解的不精确对应力求解的影响,提出了利用啮合线趋近量与法向力之间的非线性关系精确求解啮合法向力的方法,为啮合副应力的精确求解提供了理论支持。滚轮齿条传动机构加载径向预紧量,加载阻力矩,利用啮合副变形协调方程、静力平衡条件,以及啮合线趋近量与法向力之间的非线性关系,得到啮合法向力与阻力矩、预紧量之间的函数关系式,通过Matlab求解啮合法向力,对啮合副应力进行分析。研究结果表明:随着阻力矩的增加,前半周期啮合副应力逐渐减小,后半周期啮合副应力逐渐增加,阻力矩达到一定值时,出现应力为零的点;随着滚柱直径的增加,φ1值逐渐减小,应力最大值逐渐减小;随着径向预紧量的增加,应力最大值逐渐减小,应力为零的区间逐渐减小。The calculation of the stress is affected by the inaccurate calculation of the force acting on the roller rack transmission mechanism.A method for accurately calculating the force acting on the meshing force is proposed by using the nonlinear relationship between the contact line approach and the normal force.The theoretical support is provided for the accurate solution of the stresses in the meshing pair.The roller rack transmission mechanism is loaded with radial preload and resistance moment.Using the coordinate equation of the meshing pair,the static equilibrium condition and the nonlinear relation between the meshing line approaching force and the normal force.The functional relation between the meshing force,the resistance moment and the preload is obtained.The force of the meshing force is solved by Matlab.The stress of the meshing pair is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the resistance moment,the stress of the meshing pair in the first half period decreases gradually,and the latter half of the meshing stress increases gradually.When the resistance moment reaches a certain value,the stress point is zero;with the increase of roller diameter,the value of phi 1 decreases gradually,and the maximum stress decreases gradually;with the increase of the radial preload,the maximum stress decreases gradually,and the interval of the first half of the cycle is zero gradually decreases.
