摘  要:针对打捆机捡拾器捡拾效果不理想的问题,提出评价捡拾效果优劣的两个重要指标:捡拾器捡漏区面积和弹齿与物料的接触速度。通过对捡拾器进行运动学分析,构建捡拾器捡拾多目标优化设计数学模型。该模型以捡拾器捡漏区面积最小、捡拾器对物料损坏率低为目标,对滚筒转速、弹齿个数、行驶速度、滚筒半径、曲柄长度、基圆半径及弹齿长等参数进行优化设计,并采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解。最后通过ADAMS软件对优化设计方案进行仿真验证,捡拾器捡漏区面积缩小了57.4%,接触速度减少了6%,从而验证了该优化设计方法的正确性和有效性。In order to improve the pickup effect of baler,two important indexes which include the missing area of the pickup and the contact speed of spring tooth and material to evaluate the pickup effect are proposed.A multi-objective optimization mathematical model which influences the pickup effect is established by analyzing the kinematics of pickup mechanism.The model which targets at the smallest missing area and the lowest material damage rate is set up,the parameters such as the drum speed,the number of teeth,the running speed,the drum radius,the crank length,the radius of the base circle and the length of the tooth teeth are optimized.And the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the simulation is verified by ADAMS software.The area of the pickup was reduced by 57.4%,and the contact speed was reduced by 6%,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization design method.
