摘  要:进气歧管质量的好坏对汽车发动机的性能有着直接的影响。文章根据进气歧管的型腔结构特点,基于三维造型软件设计了4种方案的进气歧管的3维型腔造型,利用CFD流体分析软件对进气歧管的内气道进行流场的模拟分析,深入研究气道内部的流速和压力的分布及局部的压力损失。分析结果显示方案4进气歧管四缸的进气一致性较好,进气歧管内部流场稳定,无明显压力急剧损失区域,无气流壁面分离现象,所设计的进气歧管能满足最初的设计目标要求,提高了发动机的动力性和经济性。The quality of the intake manifold has a direct impact on the performance of the engine.Based on the characteristics of the cavity structure of the intake manifold,in this paper four schemes of 3D cavity modeling of the intake manifolds were designed using 3D modeling software,the flow field of the intake manifold was analyzed by CFD fluid analysis software,and the flow velocity and pressure distribution and local pressure loss in the airway were studied.The results show that the inlet gas consistency of the fourth scheme is better than the others in which the flow field inside the intake manifold is stable without obvious pressure loss area and no airflow wall separation phenomenon.Hence the resulting design could meet initial design requirements with improvement of power and economy of the engine.
