摘  要:针对球床高温气冷堆HTR-PM的初始临界和启动运行问题,提出了一个初装堆芯建立过程的完整方案,并采用VSOP和蒙卡程序进行了模拟,计算了初装堆建立过程关键时刻的Keff、堆芯临界高度和最大单球功率等物理参数。计算结果表明:在冷态、空气气氛下堆芯达到首次临界时,混合区高度为2. 819 3 m;依靠吸收球分组下落,可以将混合区装载到设定值7. 7 m;在进行气氛切换的过程中,堆芯始终处于次临界状态;在功率提升阶段,单球功率的峰值为2. 42 k W/FS,燃料温度的峰值为1 035℃,依靠22组吸收球可以实现冷停堆。计算结果均满足设计要求,证明了所设计的初装堆建立过程方案的安全可行性,可以为HTR-PM初始临界和启动运行提供参考。This paper proposes a complete scheme for establishing the first core in order to solve the problem of initial criticality and start-up of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor pebble-bed module(HTR-PM).The VSOP neutronics code and Monte Carlo are used to simulate the detailed scheme.Physical parameters of the critical height of the core(K eff)and the maximum power per fuel sphere at the key times during establishing the first core are calculated.The calculation results show that the height of the mixture region was 2.819 3 m when the core first became critical in the cold air atmosphere;the mixture region could be loaded until the height reached 7.7 m,i.e.,the set value,through dropping the absorber balls group by group;the core remained sub-critical during the process of atmosphere change;in the phase of power increase,the maximum power per fuel sphere was 2.42 kW/FS,and the highest fuel temperature was 1 035℃,and cold shutdown of the core could be reached with 22 groups of absorber balls.The calculation results satisfy the design requirements,showing that the proposed scheme for establishing the first core is safe and feasible and can be a reference for the initial criticality and start-up of HTR-PM.
