摘  要:为了研究复杂场多因素对航空发动机涡轮叶盘振动特性及可靠性的影响,考虑温度载荷、离心载荷和气动载荷的共同作用,基于振动理论和有限元技术建立了模态分析数学模型,进行了流-热-固耦合振动特性分析和共振分析,最后采用双重极值响应面法对振动变形及应力进行了可靠性分析。结果表明:考虑多因素耦合作用与不虑考多因素耦合作用,叶盘的固有频率最大相差32. 9%,可靠性概率最大相差3. 46%。In order to study the effect of complex field on the vibration characteristics and reliability of aero-engine turbine blisk,the mathematical model of modal analysis was established based on vibration theory and finite element method which considering the combined action of temperature load,centrifugal force and aerodynamic load,and flow-heat-solid coupling vibration analysis and resonance analysis were carried out,finally using the dual extreme response surface method to analyze the reliability of vibration deformation and stress.The results show that:comparing the considering coupling load and without considering coupling load,the maximum difference of the natural frequencies of the blisk is 32.9%and the maximum reliability is 3.46%.
