摘  要:单纯的轴向或扭向冲击破岩技术存在局限性,已经不能满足目前钻井提速的发展需求。为此,在对轴向冲击和扭向冲击破岩提速技术深入研究的基础上,提出了轴扭耦合冲击钻井提速方法,研制了轴扭耦合冲击钻井提速工具,在分析工具性能特点及工作原理的基础上,对工具的轴向冲击力、轴向冲击频率、扭向冲击力和扭向冲击频率进行了分析与计算。分析结果表明:轴扭耦合冲击钻具集轴向冲击与扭向冲击优势于一体,能够最大程度地满足目前钻井提速的技术要求;建议加大轴扭耦合冲击作用下的动力响应机理、性能参数变化规律以及影响因素研究力度,充分发挥轴扭耦合冲击破岩的技术优势。所得结果可为轴扭耦合冲击钻具的室内及现场试验提供依据。The solo axial or torsional percussion rock breaking technology with inherent limitations can no longer meet the current drilling development needs.Based on the in-depth study of axial and torsional percussion rock breaking drilling speed improvement technology,the method of axial-torsional coupling percussion drilling speed improvement was proposed.The axial-torsional coupling percussion drilling tool was developed.Based on the analyses of the performance characteristics and working principle of the tool,the axial percussion force,axial percussion frequency,torsional percussion force and torsional percussion frequency of the tool were calculated.The analyses results showed that the axial-torsional coupling percussion drilling tool integrates the advantages of axial percussion and torsional percussion,and can meet the technical requirements of current drilling speed improvement.It is recommended to put more efforts in studying the dynamic response mechanism and performance parameters change under the effect of axial-torsional coupling percussion and the influencing factors,so as to make full use of the technical advantages of axial-torsional coupling percussion rock breaking.The study results could provide bases for indoor and on-site testing of the axial-torsional coupling percussion drilling tool.
