摘  要:在水下生产系统的脐带缆设计中,需要对钢管单元在各种载荷作用下的结构应力进行计算,对钢管壁厚进行设计分析。结合规范要求,对脐带缆初步设计阶段的测试、安装及运行工况进行了总结,给出了脐带缆设计载荷计算方法,结合不同水深对钢管应力进行了分析校核,并依据钢管所受的载荷给出了钢管壁厚的定量确定方法。分析结果表明:脐带缆截面设计受到功能要求、力学性能、单元材料型号、设备能力及价格等多种因素的影响,设计结果是综合考虑多种因素的结果。所得结论可为海洋油气田脐带缆钢管单元设计提供参考。In the design of umbilical for subsea production system,the structural stress of steel tube element under various loads should be calculated and the wall thickness of steel tube should be analyzed.According to the requirements of the specification,the test,installation and operation conditions of the umbilical in the preliminary design stage are summarized.The load calculation method of the umbilical is proposed.The stress of the steel tube was analyzed and checked according to water depth.The steel tube wall thickness is quantitatively determined based on the loads.The analysis results show that the umbilical cross-section design is subjected to various factors like functional requirements,mechanical properties,material type,equipment capability and price.The design is the result of weighing various factors.The study results could provide references for the design of umbilical steel tube element for offshore oil and gas fields.
