摘  要:为了验证隔水管挠性接头的弯曲疲劳寿命、耐磨性能和密封性能,对其弯曲循环性能开展了试验研究,并研制了挠性接头弯曲循环试验装置。该装置主要由试验架、循环偏摆系统和静水压系统组成。试验时将隔水管挠性接头安装于试验架内,由循环偏摆系统驱动挠性元件总成循环弯曲,并检测循环次数,静水压试验系统向隔水管挠性接头内腔注水、加压,模拟隔水管系统向隔水管挠性接头施加轴向拉力,并检测其密封性能。顺利完成了隔水管挠性接头在同一挠曲平面内±5°范围内100 000次弯曲循环试验及静水压密封试验。试验结果表明:隔水管挠性接头的弯曲疲劳性能、耐磨性能和密封性能均达到设计要求;试验装置功能齐全、性能可靠,满足了隔水管挠性接头的弯曲循环试验要求。Based on the working condition and functional characteristics of the flexible joint of the riser,the cyclic bending performance of the flexible joint was tested.The flexible joint cyclic bending test device was developed,which is mainly composed of a test frame,a cyclic bending system and a hydrostatic system.During the test,the riser flexible joint was installed on the test frame,the flexible component assembly was driven by the cyclic bending system to complete cyclic bending,and the number of cycles was recorded.The hydrostatic system injected water into the riser flexible joint to simulate riser system applying an axial tension force on the flexible joint to detect sealing performance.A 100 000 times bending cycles and hydrostatic pressure sealing tests of the riser flexible joint with±5°bending angle in the same plane were successfully completed.The test results showed that the bending fatigue performance,wear resistance and sealing performance of the riser flexible joint meet the design requirements.The test equipment met the cyclic bending test requirements of the riser flexible joint with complete function and reliable performance.
