摘 要:为了研究近封隔器环空支撑剂体积分数变化的规律,采用欧拉-欧拉双流体两相流模型,考虑流固双向及固固间的耦合作用,对近封隔器环空支撑剂体积分数变化规律进行了数值模拟研究。建模时采用压力出口边界条件对计算模型进行限定,采用固壁边界条件对计算区域进行封闭。分析结果表明:近封隔器环空支撑剂体积分数受到施工排量、砂比、压裂液黏度、支撑剂密度和粒径等因素的影响,不同施工参数对支撑剂体积分数变化影响程度存在差异。施工排量和支撑剂密度对近封隔器环空支撑剂体积分数影响要大于砂比、压裂液黏度和支撑剂粒径的影响。所得结果可为连续管带底封喷砂射孔环空加砂分段压裂技术的现场应用提供指导。To study the variation of the proppant volume fraction in the annulus near packer,using the Euler-Eulerian double-fluid two-phase flow model and considering the coupling between the fluid-solid and the solid-solid,numerical simulation study was carried out on the variation of proppant volume fraction in the annulus near packer.In the modeling,the calculation model is defined by the pressure outlet boundary condition,and the calculation area is closed by the solid wall boundary condition.The analysis results show that the proppant volume fraction in the annulus near packer is subject to factors such as operation displacement,sand ratio,fracturing fluid viscosity,proppant density and proppant particle size.The influences of different parameters on proppant volume fraction are different.The influences of operation displacement and proppant density on the proppant volume fraction in the annulus near packer are greater than that of the sand ratio,the fracturing fluid viscosity and the proppant particle size.The study results can provide guidance for the on-site application of the sand jetting perforation and annulus sand conveying multi-stage fracturing technology using coiled tubing with bottom packer.
