辽河油田油井出砂的砂粒特征研究

摘　　要：辽河油田出砂的油井较多,每年因出砂检泵需消耗大量的作业资金;对于出砂稠油井,每次注入蒸汽前都要进行冲砂,洗井工作量巨大。鉴于此,对辽河油田开发过程中3口典型出砂油井的砂样进行了实地采集,并对砂粒的粒度分布和基本粉体力学特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:辽河油田地层出砂的平均粒度为0. 30～1. 18 mm;砂粒的注入休止角为33. 4°～36. 4°,倾斜休止角为30. 0°～50. 0°。砂粒特性参量的获得,将为辽河油田洗井工艺参数的合理选择、水力携岩能力评价以及冲砂洗井流动性能优化等问题的解决提供重要的理论指导。Hugh costs have been consumed in Liaohe Oilfield for pump inspection owing to sanding of many oil wells.Sand washing operation is a necessity before steam injection,resulting in huge sand washing work.In view of this,the sand samples of three typical sanding wells in Liaohe Oilfield were collected to measure the particle size distribution and basic powder mechanical properties.The results show that the average grain size of the produced sand in Liaohe Oilfield is 0.30~1.18 mm.The produced sand has an injection repose angle of 33.4°~36.4°and an inclination repose angle of 30.0°~50.0°.The obtained sand grain parameters could provide important theoretical guidance for the optimization of well washing parameters,sand carrying capacity evaluation and sand washing flow optimization.
