摘 要:文章旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的全棉籽对育肥肉羊生长性能、营养物质消化率和血液生化指标的影响。选择30只体重、日龄相近的萨寒杂交一代断奶羔羊,采用完全随机试验设计,分为3组,分别饲喂无添加全棉籽、添加10%全棉籽和添加20%全棉籽的全混合饲粮,预饲期10 d,正式期60 d。试验结果表明,饲料中添加不同水平的全棉籽对育肥肉羊的生长性能具有显著影响(P<0.05)。其中,饲料中添加10%的全棉籽显著提高了育肥肉羊的体重和平均日增重,显著降低了育肥肉羊的日平均干物质采食量和料肉比。对照组和20%全棉籽组肉羊的生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。饲料中添加全棉籽对育肥肉羊的干物质、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率具有显著影响(P<0.05)。其中,随着全棉籽添加比例的不断增加,干物质消化率呈直线降低(P<0.05)。20%全棉籽组肉羊对饲料粗蛋白质的消化率显著低于对照组和10%全棉籽组(P<0.05)。10%全棉籽组肉羊对饲料粗脂肪的消化率显著高于对照组和20%全棉籽组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加全棉籽对育肥肉羊血液生化指标具有显著影响(P<0.05),其中20%全棉籽组育肥肉羊血液的尿素氮、总蛋白、血糖和游离脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,对于4~6月龄育肥肉羊而言,饲料中全棉籽的适宜添加水平为10%~20%,以10%的添加水平效果最佳。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of whole cottonseed on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical parameters of fattening mutton sheep.A total of 30 weanling lambs with similar body weight and days of age were selected and divided into three treatment groups by complete random experiment design.The animals were fed the total mixed ration containing different levels of whole cottonseed with 0,10%supplementary,and 20%supplementary,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 10 days and the formal period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that the growth performance of fattening lambs was significantly affected by the addition of different levels of cottonseed(P<0.05).Among them,the final body weight and average daily gain of fattening lambs were significantly increased by adding 10%whole cottonseed in the feed,and the average daily dry matter intake and the ratio of feed to gain of fattening lambs were significantly reduced.There was no significant difference in growth performance between the control group and the 20%cottonseed group(P>0.05).The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude fat of fattening lambs was significantly affected by the addition of whole cottonseed(P<0.05).Among them,the dry matter digestibility decreased linearly with the increasing proportion of cottonseed(P<0.05).The digestibility of feed crude protein in the group of 20%whole cottonseed addition was significantly lower than that in the control group and the 10%cottonseed group(P<0.05).The digestibility of crude fat was significantly higher in the 10%whole cottonseed group than in the control group and the 20%cottonseed group(P<0.05).The total cottonseed added to the feed had a significant effect on the blood biochemical parameters of the fattening lambs(P<0.05).The content of urea nitrogen,total protein,blood glucose and free fatty acid in the blood of fattening lambs in 20%cottonseed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,for 4�
