摘  要:采用田间试验研究花生根瘤菌及不同接种方式对花生生长发育、产量及经济效益的影响。结果表明,接种根瘤菌能显著提高花生生长性状,增加产量,增加花生种植收益,其中人工接种根瘤菌产量为5373.4kg/hm^2,机械接种根瘤菌产量为5281.6kg/hm^2,较对照分别增加23.5%、21.4%;人工接种根瘤菌和机械接种根瘤菌处理纯收入分别增加7285元/hm^2、7302元/hm^2,产投比分别增加15.0%、25.3%;人工接种与机械接种根瘤菌对花生生长影响无显著差异,表现一致,且机械接种较人工接种根瘤菌产投比平均增加8.9%。由此可见,机械接种可以作为替代人工接种的一种新的施用方式,实现节本增收、提高效率的目的。A field trial was carried out to study the effects of different inoculation methods of rhizobia on peanut growth characters,yield and economic benefit.Results showed that rhizobia inoculation can increase the growth characters,yield and economic benefits of peanut.The peanut yield of artificial rhizobia inoculation was 5373.4 kg/hm 2,and the peanut yield of mechanical rhizobia inoculation was 5281.6 kg/hm 2.The peanut yield of the two methods increased 23.5%and 21.4%respectively compared with control treatment.Artificial and mechanical rhizobia inoculation can both increase net income by 7285 CNY/hm 2 and 7302 CNY/hm 2 compared with control treatment.These two treatments increased the input-output ratio by 15.0%and 25.3%respectively.Under the condition of this experiment,there was no significant difference between the two methods of inoculation on peanut growth.But,the input-output ratio of mechanical inoculation increased 8.9%compared with artificial inoculation.So this research showed that mechanical inoculation can be used as a new method to replace artificial inoculation,which can save costs,increase revenue,and increase efficiency.
