柔性石墨对橡胶密封纸板性能影响的研究

摘　　要：柔性石墨是一种优良的密封材料,本文利用造纸法制备了柔性石墨复合增强橡胶密封纸板,研究了柔性石墨对其性能的影响。研究发现,随着膨胀温度升高,石墨膨胀体积先迅速增加,800℃以后增长缓慢,在膨胀温度为800℃时柔性石墨橡胶密封纸板具有最好的综合性能,其拉伸强度为10.7MPa,压缩率为15.21%,回弹率最大为24.41%;随着柔性石墨添加量增加,其拉伸强度、压缩率、回弹率均显著提高,当添加量为40%时纸板综合性能最好,拉伸强度为13.03MPa,压缩率为17.17%,回弹率为34.46%,比未添加柔性石墨时的拉伸强度增加32.15%,压缩率增加26.44%,回弹率增加75.46%,材料密封性能得到显著提高。Flexible graphite is an excellent sealing material.This paper introduces a method for rubber sealing cardboard made with flexible graphite,and its influence on cardboard properties was discussed.The results showed that the volume of graphite expands rapidly as temperature increases,and slows down after the temperature reaches 800°C.At 800°C,rubber sealing cardboard has the best performances,with the tensile strength of 10.7MPa,compressibility of 15.21%,and the recovery rate of 24.41%.With the increase of flexible graphite addition,the tensile strength,compressibility and recovery rate are all improved.It’s proved that 40%addition amount of graphite will result in best properties,with the tensile strength 13.03MPa,compressibility 17.17%and recovery rate 34.46%.Compared with the sealing cardboard with no flexible graphite addition,the tensile strength increases by 32.15%,compressibility increases by 26.44%,and recovery rate increases by 75.46%,with sealing performance being significantly improved.
