摘  要:香蕉采收后产生大量弃置于田间的茎秆,尝试采用无酸预水解的硫酸盐法蒸煮加上O-D1-Eop-D2漂白程序对香蕉茎、果柄和叶分别进行了溶解浆的制备。香蕉秆中占约3/4生物质量的茎部最终的得浆率为29.3%,且α-纤维素含量最高(91.3%);果柄的化学与纤维特性与茎部相近,溶解浆相关指标稍差一些,可并入茎部一起制浆;叶部最终得率不到13%,不适宜用于溶解浆制备,但直径仅为3.5μm的极细的纤维则可进一步拓展其它用途。Residual banana stalk can be used as raw materials for dissolving pulp preparation.This tusk tried to adopt pre-hydrolysis kraft pulping plus O-D1-Eop-D2 bleaching process to make dissolving pulp by using banana stalk,carpopodium and leaves respectively.The results show that pulp yield of banana stalk is 29.3%with theα-cellulose content up to 91.3%.The carpopodium has similar chemical and fiber properties with stalk while pulp property is lower than stalk,which can be mixed together with stalk when pulping.However,the pulp yield of leaves is less than 13%,which makes leaves not suitable for dissolving pulp preparation.But leaves’fiber with the diameter only 3.5μm,may be applied in other fields.
