摘　　要：髋臼发育不良是成人髋关节疼痛常见的病因之一。轻度髋臼发育不良即可增加骨性关节炎的发病率。早期诊断及干预,不仅可缓解成人髋臼发育不良患者髋关节症状,还能延缓或阻止骨性关节炎的发展,减少人工髋关节置换术。本文对成人髋臼发育不良的影像学研究进展进行综述。Acetabular dysplasia is one of the common causes of hip pain in adults.Mild acetabular dysplasia can increase the morbidity of osteoarthritis.Early diagnosis and intervention may not only relieve hip joint symptoms of adult acetabular dysplasia,but also delay or prevent the development of osteoarthritis and reduce artificial hip replacement surgery.The research progresses of imaging in adult acetabular dysplasia were reviewed in this article.
