摘  要:阐述了自由活塞内燃发电机的基本原理,分析了齿宽、边端齿高、定子内外径之比、极弧系数、气隙宽度和凸初级长度对直线发电机的定位力的影响,利用正交试验法对直线发电机的极弧系数、气隙宽度、凸初级长度进行优化,并对优化后的电机进行空载和负载特性分析,优化后电机空载反电势波形畸变率为4. 52%,满足发电要求。有限元分析结果表明电机优化后定位力幅值减少76. 83%,反电动势幅值增加2. 53%,验证了正交试验法用于直线发电机优化设计的可行性。The basic principle of free piston linear generator was elucidated and the influence of tooth width,edge tooth height,ratio of inner and outer diameter of stator,pole arc coefficient,air gap width and length of bulged primary iron core on detent force of linear generator was also analyzed.The pole arc coefficient,air gap width and length of bulged primary iron core were optimized with orthogonal experiment method.The unloaded and loaded characteristics of optimized linear generator were also analyzed.It shows that the back EMF waveform distortion rate of optimized generator is 4.52%,which meets the requirements of electricity.The finite element simulation results demonstrate that the amplitude of the detent force is reduced by 76.83%and the amplitude of the back EMF is increased by 2.53%,which verify the feasibility of using or-thogonal experiment method to optimize linear generator.
