摘  要:以36槽4极60°和80°相带绕组为例,详细叙述了单双层绕组的设计思路和过程,通过槽号相位图确定槽内导体的排布,并用矢量分析方法推导和计算绕组系数。通过分析高速空压机用开启式永磁同步电动机的特点,提出采用单双层绕组替代双层叠绕组的方法,降低电机成本、提高电机的各项性能指标。测试数据表明:采用单双层绕组可以有效减小绕组端部长度,电机的各项性能指标得到提升。Taking the case of 36 slots 6 poles,60°and 80°phase belts,the design idea and process of single and double layer was described in detail,conductor arrangement in slots was determined by using slot-number phase graph,winding factor was derived and calculated by vector analysis method.Through analyzing characteristics of open-type PMSM for high speed air compressor,the method of replacing double lap winding with single and double layer winding was put for ward to reduce motor cost and improve the motor performance indexes.Test data show that the end width of winding can be effectively reduced by adopting single and double layer winding,motor performance indexes were improved.
