摘 要:针对中点电位不平衡引起功率器件应力增大和系统输出谐波增大问题,研究一种基于模糊优化的混合中点电位平衡算法。根据是否含有中矢量进行分区,不含中矢量的区域利用两电平空间矢量七段式开关序列控制算法,调节中点电位的平衡;含有中矢量的区域采用基于模糊优化的时间控制因子调节算法,使中点电位偏差最小,从而实现对中点电位的分区精细化控制。仿真和实验结果表明,该算法可实现高调制度和低调制度下不同平衡算法的平滑过渡,和时间控制因子算法相比,更有利于实现中点电位的平衡。Aiming at neutral-point unbalance not only increases the voltage stress of the power device but also results in the output current distortion,a hybrid neutral-point balancing algorithm based on fuzzy optimization is proposed.The hybrid neutral-point balancing algorithm clarifies the sector selection according to whether or not contains medium vector.In the area of no the medium vector,two-level space vector control algorithm based on seven segment switching sequence is used to solve voltage deviation caused by the redundancy small vector.In the rest area,time controlling element of the re dundant small vector is optimized by the fuzzy control to achieve the meticulous control of the neutral voltage.The simula tion and experiment results shows the algorithm is better to neutral-point balance than time control factor method and the smooth transition of different balancing algorithm between the high modulation index and the low one is realized.
